PURPOSE OF THE JOB
(required for supervisory/managerial job): Summarize why this job exists and the contribution it makes to the overall business of the company ‘Compliance Risk Management Solutions’ is core service of SDBC, and we need a professional team to collect, analyse, and report compliance risk intelligence for the customers, and deliver the corresponding reports. The job holder needs to ensure that all type of compliance reports and related customized reports are delivered, with high quality, timely, so as to meet customers’ requirements.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Describe the major activities of the job, emphasizing the end results which must be achieved (suggest listing from the most important task) • To conduct research utilizing open source intelligence, news aggregator sites, and litigation databases to discover relevant compliance risk. • To establish effective screening for alert adjudication, and providing risk suggestion. • To upload information and data into database to deliver report • To cross check the data through multi channels to ensure report accuracy • To provide value-added service of report/project to meet customized needs • To support in other Reporting related services as and when required (e.g. database maintenance) • To responsible for business information and data gathering via phone interview with investigated companies according to compliance report fulfilment process and requirements Notes: * This is not an exhaustive list of all functions or responsibilities, the employee may be required to perform additional functions as necessary. * SDBC reserves the right to revise the job description according to the business requirements.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
List the experience, knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the job in a fully competent manner • Bachelor degree or above. Legal major is preferred, credit, financial or accounting major are also welcomed. • 1 year due diligence experience and law firms experience is preferred. Fresh graduate is also welcomed. • Related experience for open source search methods is preferred, including open internet search, databases search, structured search strings • General knowledge of industry platforms is preferred • Quick learner, logical and efficient, good time management and prioritize skill • Good research and data pre-screening skill with strong business sense • Good command of English in reading and writing, at least CET 4 • Good communication skill and strain capacity including telephone interview or cold call experience • Aggressive, accountable, able to work under pressure, good team player. Ability to work independently or as part of a team MAJOR PROBLEMS / CHALLENGES (required for supervisory/managerial job): Describe 2 or 3 of the most difficult challenges or problems typically encountered in this job • Increase the volume of production in a condition that ensured the high quality. • Complete the reports according to different customer requirements. • To comprehensively retrieve as much negative information related to the report as possible.
