We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across internal teams and external partners. This role is focused on coordination and operational assistance, ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on brief, and at the expected quality level.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, including digital activations, partner integrations, and special projects.
- Support communication and task management with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining clear and structured communication.
- Monitor timelines, campaign milestones, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain campaign documentation, reports, and status updates for cross-functional visibility.
- Contribute to the optimization of workflows and processes, supporting scalability and consistency.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, with focus on coordination or campaign support (B2C sector preferred).
- Previous exposure to iGaming or affiliate marketing considered a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including campaign workflows, vendor management, and performance tracking.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage parallel processes in a structured manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience working across cross-functional and external teams.
- Proficiency in English at B2+ level (both written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy, structure, and deadlines.
