B2B Sales Operations Leader

Job Description

Drive the overall marketing and relationship engagement execution for specific customers;
Drive marketing generated opportunities and positive customer experience;
Work with key stakeholders around the business to develop innovative and effective marketing engagements;
Generate efficiency and drive team's productivity through the adoption of digital selling tools;
Manage a team of Demand Generation Specialists;
Responsible for training and coaching the team on soft skills and product knowledge;

Essential Functions - Duties and Responsibilities                   

Sales Team Direction and Strategy

  • Determine the best use of team resources in order to meet revenue quota and goals.

  • Establish clear guidance for account contact, frequency and call strategies.

  • Establish clear and measurable goals for team members.

Team Coaching and Execution Guidance

  • Work with team members to ensure that appropriate Call Management processes are being followed: planning, preparation, and execution

  • Ensure that leads/ opportunities are managed effectively creation, hand over, and progression

  • Help the BDRs establish appropriate rhythm and content of on-going customer relationships

  • Provide guidance for discussions with customers including – as needed talking directly with customer him/herself.

• Customer Relationship

  • Look after the customer having a positive experience by establishing quality controls, auditing interactions and ensuring value is provided on each exchange with the customer

• Effective, predictable business

  • Deliver strong growth by exceeding defined targets

  • Ensure that program meets or exceeds overall targets such as opportunity generation, pipeline revenue, account coverage, and key activity completion. Elaborates close the gap plan in case of deviation.

  • Uses the Agent Productivity Report to manage the team using pre-defined metrics to compare individual and team performance

  • Ensure adherence to corporate standard tools and processes.

Qualifications:                                                                                    

  • Ideal 4-5 years of sales experience. Proven track record in Sales with preferably Sales Management experience

  • Ideal 2-3 years of supervisory or team leader experience in an IT/telesales environment

  • Experience in forecasting and pipeline management

  • Experience in coaching and in delivering soft skills and product training

  • Strong communicator, strong organizing abilities and process-oriented work style

  • Demonstrated understanding of solution selling techniques and selling software solutions to customers

  • Ability to motivate, encourage and coach others to develop strong relationship-building and sales skills

  • Familiar with business tools and CRM systems.

  • Fluent Czech and English levels
