This role is offered as hybrid, with the expectation to be in the Katowice office 1 day per 2 weeks. We are only able to accept applications for those based in Poland and have sponsorship to live and work in Poland. 

 

What you’ll do at Jamf: 

At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. The Project Manager II, Information Security will manage and provide visibility into security projects, including enteprise facing and internal projects. They will be adept at working cross-functionally, with teams as well as with other departments. They will work with security leaders to establish priorities and develop the information security
roadmap.This role will coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. They will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization, timeline, and reporting. This will include working with stakeholders to set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and provide updates regarding the status of projects. 

What you can expect to do in this role:

  • Responsible for the alignment, coordination and communication of projects including automation, security testing, integrations, rollout of new tooling and other projects as needed.
  • Drive and coordinate tasks/ dependencies/ roadblocks across the Information Security department.
  • Work with Information Security leadership to turn initiative roadmap into actionable set of projects.
  • Develop project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Independently conduct project intake and requirement sessions in order to define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as required and completes all job functions as per departmental policies and procedures.

What we are looking for: 

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred). 
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience (Required).
  • Minimum of 2 years knowledge of IT security principles, techniques, and technologies (Required).
  • Proven experience working with, leading, and motivating cross-functional and virtual teams (Required).
  • Experience in an Agile development environment (Preferred).
  • Strong written and oral English language.
