We are a small, nimble, and highly collaborative team looking for a true thinker-doer to join us as the B2B Marketing Manager. Partnering closely with the Head of B2B Marketing, this role is responsible for managing, executing, and optimizing U.S.-focused lifecycle marketing programs targeted
at asset managers. You’ll work with marketing leadership, sales, and product teams to drive the business strategy forward and support revenue goals. This role is designed for someone who can independently drive execution, make thoughtful day-to-day decisions, and manage programs end-to-end with efficiency and ownership.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Managing and optimizing U.S. B2B marketing programs across paid, owned, and earned channels, aligned to the business strategy of driving revenue growth.

  • Planning, implementing, and optimizing lifecycle journeys, deploying scalable, segmented, and personalized programs that improve engagement and conversion across the distribution funnel, VettaFi.com

  • Coordinating and managing the execution of individual campaigns; partnering with the broader marketing team to create and deploy campaign assets.

  • Developing creative briefs and working with internal partners to produce marketing content.

  • Partner closely with the sales team to develop collateral, messaging, and distribution strategies that support sales conversations and pipeline growth.

  • Managing marketing operations and automations including workflows, segmentation, and lead prioritization.

  • Measuring and reporting on performance, monitoring engagement, funnel progression, and campaign effectiveness; translating data into actionable insights.

  • Identifying optimization opportunities and running experiments to improve targeting, sequencing, and messaging.

  • Serving as the day-to-day owner of the B2B program execution, ensuring accountability and consistency. The successful candidate should have a balance of strategic vision and strong executional and analytical skills. A highly organized, proactive “utility” player will be poised for success in this role.

Must Have(s):

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or related field.

  • 3-5+ years of B2B marketing experience within financial services, asset management, or wealth management; ownership of lifecycle, demand generation, and/or ABM programs is a plus.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with marketing and sales tech stacks, including HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and collaboration or design tools such as Figma.

  • Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to succinctly communicate cross-functionally.

  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple projects end-to-end, while balancing short and long term objectives.

  • Data driven problem solving: You can analyze performance data, identify patterns, and turn insights into next steps.

  • Growth Mindset: Curiosity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfort using AI-powered tools to improve marketing effectiveness, including content development, personalization, audience insights, and performance analysis.

  • Strong attention to detail and high quality of work.

This role is hybrid (2-3 days in the office/week) - based in New York City, NY.

Salary Range: ...$125,000/year - $140,000K/year USD
