The B2B customer relationship Apprentice plays a critical role in supporting the execution, review, and control of commercial program audits. This position is responsible for managing approximately 60% of the audit activities related to commercial programs, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with Lilly policies and standards. 

In addition, this role is accountable for reviewing, validating, and executing data changes in company systems related to direct customers, ensuring data integrity and proper documentation. 

The position requires strong attention to detail, high ethical standards, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. It involves frequent interaction with external customers and close daily collaboration with internal crossfunctional teams, including Financial Planning and Trade Marketing. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage and support approximately 60% of audits related to commercial programs, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance. 

  • Review, validate, and execute data changes in internal systems related to direct customers, ensuring correctness and traceability. 

  • Maintain accurate records and clear audit trails for all data updates and audit activities. 

  • Ensure full transparency and integrity in all audit and data management processes. 

  • Identify inconsistencies, risks, or gaps in data or documentation and escalate them appropriately. 

  • Coordinate and communicate with customers regarding audit requests, data validations, and clarifications. 

  • Work closely on a daily basis with Financial Planning, Trade Marketing, and other Commercial and Finance teams. 

  • Support reporting activities and contribute to continuous improvement of audit and data governance processes. 

  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Qualifications 

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. 

  • Fluency in English
