As a B2B Account & Debtor Relations Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in building and maintaining long-term relationships and serve as the main point of contact for an assigned customer portfolio. You'll establish strong connections and confidently demonstrate the features and benefits of our B2B product, solve customer issues, map out the most requested features to accommodate customer needs, and ensure that our products are used most efficiently.

  • <point>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B clients. Manage and maintain strong, professional relationships with business partners.</point>
  • <point>Support the onboarding of new B2B clients and ensure accurate account setup.</point>
  • <point>Handle client inquiries related to billing, contracts, services, and account status.</point>
  • <point>Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Legal, Support) to resolve client issues.</point>
  • <point>Monitor accounts receivable and identify overdue or at-risk accounts.</point>
  • <point>Proactively follow up with clients regarding outstanding balances via email, phone, or other approved channels.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

  • <point>You have at least 1 year of experience in fast-paced Account Management or similar role.</point>
  • <point>You excel at engaging with customers, pitching ideas, and negotiating across various formats, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and written communication.</point>
  • <point>You have an interest in shared mobility and a proven track record of managing leads, onboarding clients, and supporting small to mid-sized business accounts.</point>
  • <point>You are proactive and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.</point>
  • <point>You’re fluent in Georgian and English (B2) and possess strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and networking skills.</point>
  • <point>You demonstrate an analytical mindset, with a solid understanding of leveraging tools to manage data and, ideally, hands-on experience working with a CRM (preferably Salesforce).</point>
  • <point>You are passionate about new technologies and ride hailing</point>
