Job Overview:

We are looking for an inspired senior technical lead with a background in development of web application, services leveraging technologies including Angular, C#, .NET Core, AWS, JavaScript, jQuery, and PostgreSQL. With LPL Financial you will have the opportunity to be part of a team transforming user experiences that enable and empower our advisors with self-service capabilities.

The candidate will served as a solution expert, responsible for delivering solutions to support LPL Feedback product roadmap. Candidate will be working with a high velocity, multi-functional development team focused on product deliverables. 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test and implement technical solutions based on business requirements and strategic direction.

  • Own end to end design for the platform, solution delivery and execution and code quality. Lead sprint execution with developers.

  • Collaborate with peer teams, on-shore development lead and platform support teams to ensure delivery of production into Production.

  • Work collaboratively and effectively with quality assurance engineer teams, DevOps to ensure all SDLC processes are adhered to.

  • Assess opportunities for platform/application and process improvements.

  • Hands on Angular development experience

  • Hands on C#/ .Net development experience integrating multiple application platforms.

  • Hands on AWS development experience.

  • Utilize and build RESTful and SOA backend services.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and team lead.

  • Application resiliency, scalability and performance design.

  • Quick prototyping skills leveraging Visual Studio and/or other tools to create stub services etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of extensive design and implementation of complex systems in .Net stack and web services (REST/SOAP).

  • Hands on experience on Cloud application development.

  • Extensive .NET, C#, JavaScript, CSS3, Angular, JSON and REST services, PostgreSQL & Node development experience, .NET Core framework is a plus

  • Working knowledge of Angular 13 or higher version.

  • Hands on experience in PostgreSQL, SQL server procedures, views, indexes and performance tuning.

  • Experience in writing unit tests.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent understanding of SOA principles, Code Architecture and Design Principles.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

Core Competencies:

  • In depth knowledge of cloud platforms AWS(Primary) and Azure(Secondary) along with strong understanding of AWS Security best practices and Well Architecture Framework

  • Experience in DevOps tools, Automated deployments and containerization

  • Excellent communication skills that translate business problems in technical solutions

Pay Range:

$111,975-$186,625/year


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
