Role Summary/Purpose:
This role will report to the Sales Leader and serve as Sales Support for the Verizon Field and Inside Sales Teams. The role will partner closely with the Verizon Sales Leader and Client Initiatives Inside Sales Manager to create and implement a collaborative go-to-market strategy for Field & Inside Sales. This role will manage all data analytics and reporting needs for Field & Inside Sales and is instrumental to positioning the teams for growth. The role will be the primary liaison for SF Effectiveness capabilities, training management and represent the Sales team in cross-functional initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities:
Partner with Sales Leader, Marketing Leader and VZ in development and ownership of credit training material to support Field Sales training strategies. Duties may include developing and/or updating in-store training documents and operating policies & procedures
Serve as the primary liaison between the portfolio and SFE teams regarding Sales Force effectiveness, focusing on identifying, developing, and implementing initiatives and projects that will improve engagements, performance and territory growth
Own Salesforce and Seismic data visualization software, as well as responsibility for continually developing, implementing and executing on Salesforce initiatives to aid in the Sales Team’s ability to be productive and compliant in the Field
Develop, implement, execute and continually enhance a store optimization model and process to support our go-to-market strategies. This includes the development and execution of reporting to aid in managing the implemented strategies
Partner with Inside Sales Manager to hire, lead and manage the Verizon Inside Sales Specialist team to ensure Sales and Marketing initiatives and strategies are executed
Provide value added analysis & reporting to help identify gaps, trends and implement create strategies to assist in driving continuous usage and application volume
Implement effective productivity tools and compliance systems that manages field activities, i.e., contests and special marketing initiatives
Monitor, assess and partner with Field Leadership to track, measure and ensure client engagements are properly captured in Salesforce to measure visit reaction
Partner cross-functionally to develop materials and systems to increase the team’s productivity
Manage all logistics related to the delivery of field training programs, including training content management, i.e., Lessonly
Manage new employees onboarding process in partnership with Sales Leadership
Monitor Field Sales Specialist calls to measure effectiveness and gather VOC
Ongoing maintenance/validation of key FSS items such as compliance requirements, alignment files, daily reporting and other analytical needs
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business related field of study and 3+ years’ experience working in the Financial Services Field or in lieu of completed degree, HS diploma/GED with 5+ years of experience in Financial Services
Minimum of 5 years utilizing Salesforce.com, analytical & statistical experience with the ability to manage, synthesize and interpret large quantities of data
Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management
Minimum of 2 years of project management
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a Client relationship
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
Desired Characteristics:
Experience operating in a matrixed work environment and/or experience motivating a peer group to obtain performance results
Strong skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Knowledge/experience of Microsoft Access, SQL and SAS preferred
Grade/Level: 11
The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
