Role Summary/Purpose:
The AVP, Marketing Cloud Business Analyst L11 position will function as a Marketing Cloud Business Analyst reporting to the Marketing Tools and Technology Leader. The position will be responsible for working closely with the Health and Wellness businesses to deliver strategic business initiatives. This position will also be responsible for maintaining the Marketing Cloud platform as well as growing adoption within the businesses they support.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with business to translate business requirements into working solutions using a combination of Marketing Cloud configuration and working with Salesforce Admins as needed.
Drive efficiency and effectiveness in business processes through effective communication, leadership, oversight and execution.
Analyze business solution needs, gather requirements, execute to ensure on-time delivery of project deliverables.
Be a liaison between business, IT and other data management support teams.
Develop and implement strategies for Marketing Cloud adoption within business.
Work closely with Marketing Cloud developers to relay requirements, build, test, and launch.
Ensure team is leveraging new features and functionality as they are developed and released.
Organize, document and lead release management efforts across the platforms.
Work with Salesforce admins, data and analytics and RAPID team to facilitate changes in the Salesforce platform to assist with marketing strategies.
Implement solutions to ensure and monitor data quality within Salesforce.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned. .
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of progressive business experience or, in lieu of, 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, project manager or product owner
3+ years proven experience developing and executing Salesforce Marketing Cloud cross-channel campaigns tailored with audience segmentation.
Proficiency with Marketing Cloud tools such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Audience Builder for audience segmentation and targeting.
Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a Scrum environment, including product, design, and content stakeholders.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer journeys, and KPIs.
Expertise in analyzing audience data and behavior to create personalized messaging strategies that enhance engagement.
Demonstrated skills in conducting A/B testing and optimizing email, SMS, and journey builder campaigns for improved performance.
Experience designing and implementing marketing automation workflows aligned with business goals, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Technical teams.
Ability to interpret market trends and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies that boost brand presence
Strong documentation and training skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
Excellent Presentation, Written and Oral Communication Skills.
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required

Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ)
SaFe Agile Product Owner Certification
Understanding of Integration scenarios and design: Data Architecture.
Experience leading Salesforce integration projects
Experience with Salesforce Data 360
Grade/Level: 11
The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
