The AVP of Customer Experience should be a highly collaborative individual who is not afraid to seek out subject matter experts and business process owners.
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team as the AVP, Customer Experience of Unreasonable Hospitality Programs. This role is pivotal in fostering an exceptional culture of hospitality for our employees and clients, and beyond. The AVP will partner across the organization to manage, oversee and scale programs designed to create extraordinary and memorable experiences. This individual will work across all levels of the firm to prioritize initiatives, determine funding needs, and ensure the successful implementation of hospitality programs that exceed expectations.
Program Management: Work cross-functionally to develop, implement, and oversee hospitality programs that enhance the experience of employees and clients.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with business unit and executive level leaders to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively to ensure the highest impact and alignment with organizational goals.
Program Prioritization: Work with leadership to determine and prioritize funding for various programs and manage the budget to maximize the return on investment.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and expectations and maximize program impact by ensuring programs are tailored to meet these needs.
Innovation: Continuously seek and implement innovative ideas to elevate the level of hospitality provided and seek new ways to add value to the program for employees and clients.
Performance Metrics: Establish, monitor, and effectively leverage data such as key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of hospitality programs, and ensure that the programs continue to align to company priorities.

5+ years of experience building and/or leading employee or customer experience programs
Experience working as a cross-functional project or program manager.
Superior analytical skills with an ability to identify relevant data, evaluate opportunities within the context of a larger organization and present findings in a clear and actionable manner
Team-player with a positive can-do attitude, with an ability to contribute meaningfully as an individual and inspire and influence key functional partners.
Strong familiarity with the MS Office suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel), Smartsheet and Salesforce.
Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to create funding proposals and allocate resources effectively.
