About the Role
Diageo Global Business Operation (GBO), a multi-functional global shared services function established to liberate and equip markets to deliver the Diageo Performance Ambition. This is achieved through:
The delivery of extraordinary end to end process execution;

Providing CPG leading digital capabilities and solutions;

GBO is looking to hire a Senior Manager who will be part of the central Change and Transformation function for GBO, Experienced on Organisational change and project management transformation initiatives while ensuring projects deliver on time and achieve balanced adoption across the business.
The Organizational Change and Project Manager will lead end to end projects involving structural process shifts. Integrate Project management rigor with change methodologies like ADKAR to align customers, mitigate risks and embed new ways of working. Success will hinge on balancing timelines/ budgets with employee readiness and long term benefits realisations.
Core Responsibilities
Lead project planning, execution, and closure, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and progress reporting.
Lead organizational impacts of change, conducting customer analysis, readiness evaluations, and resistance mapping to tailor interventions.
Develop and implement integrated plans for communications, training, coaching, and engagement to develop adoption and minimize disruption.
Facilitate workshops, align senior leaders, and coach frontline managers to champion the change and reinforce new behaviors.
Track benefits realization through KPIs like adoption rates, user proficiency, and ROI, adjusting strategies based on data.
Lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and dependencies while ensuring compliance with organizational change frameworks.

Technical
PROSCI Certification
Extensive program/ project planning and execution skills in handling large and complex change and transformation programs/projects
Experience of using a variety of project and business change management methodologies
Proven project and modelling skills, to represent information in forms that enhance decision making and communications.
Strong understanding of Global Change delivery and program lifecycle
Expert user of MS Project, JIRA or similar project management tools and MS Visio.
Experience of using a variety of project and business change management methodologies
Fluent in MS Office.
Understanding of Lean / Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement
Understanding of Finance processes O2C, S2P, R2R
