MSS Security is seeking an experienced Aviation Service Manager to service our client at Brisbane Airport. In this role, you will be overseeing Aviation Operations and ensure all contractual and client requirements are consistently met, while providing strong leadership and effective management to our on-site security team. The role operates Monday to Friday, with the expectation that you will be available for after-hours calls when necessary.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage and motivate the aviation team while serving as the key point of contact for our staff and client.
Actively engage with the client to ensure a strong and trusting partnership.
Oversee compliance requirements and conduct regular audits.
Oversee accurate timesheet processing and maintain efficient staff rosters to support operational needs.
Coordinate car park access and pass administration.
Monitor and review flight schedules to support operational needs.
Ensure all aviation security equipment is maintained, operational and compliant with regulatory standards.
Skills & Experience:
Full Australian Working Right
Certificate II in security operations
QLD Security License (unarmed)
Hold an ASIC (or willing to obtain)
Drivers License
Ability to undergo and pass a drug & alcohol test
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
Previous aviation industry experience is advantageous
