This is an exciting opportunity to join the Linear Delivery Team at Virgin Media Television for a minimum 1-year fixed term maternity leave contract commencing in April 2026.
Reporting to the Head of Trading, the AV Sales & Delivery Lead will be responsible for the spot revenue line, playing an integral part in driving the overall Virgin Media Solutions revenue targets.
Develop and implement an annual revenue plan for Spot, working with the wider sales teams to achieve annual and quarterly revenue budgets.
Manage day to day linear campaigns and ensure all billings and contracting are accurate and timely.
Regular financial analysis and delivery reporting to management.
Lead regular meetings with sales team to communicate progress to target, available inventory, or any delivery issues.
Lead and motivate your team to achieve all targets.
Be the ultimate point of accountability for customer service for linear spot.
To identify opportunities to grow year on year revenue and contribute to upselling and retaining business working closely with VOD lead to identify VOD sales opportunities.
Regular updating and management on Deal book delivery performance.
Create an environment where any challenges or issues are flagged and proactively identify key upcoming risks that will prevent accounts or clients reaching their objectives, always working to a solution.
Ensure market leading service and delivery to all clients and agencies.
Ensure all processes are optimised and continuously improved across sales, product portfolio, billing, customer service, communication.
Lead and develop the AV sales and delivery team.
Build strong internal relationship and demand only the best from all stakeholders within the business for our clients.
Ensure compliance with all commercial and broadcasting regulatory bodies including the BAI
Ensure a ‘Red Hot’ standard of customer service and client satisfaction.
Attend briefings and industry events, with a focus on continual professional development, keeping up to date on all new advertising technology advancements.
Foster and promote an environment of mutual trust, respect, and dignity in the workplace.
Ad hoc presentations to the Virgin Media Television Management Board, and input into VMIE agenda items where appropriate

A relevant degree (eg Marketing or Business degree)
5 years + agency sales experience
Experience with Caria, Landmark
Proven track record in delivering targets and growing customer base
Proven people management skills
Strong financial acumen and reporting background
Proven track record in delivering top class client campaigns
Winning a recognised industry award would be advantageous
Excellent communications, presentation & interpersonal skills
Excellent people management and development skills with a proven ability to effectively deliver results through others to a consistently high standard
Demonstrable ability to empower and motivate individuals at all levels of the organisation
Highly pragmatic self-starter with impressive sales delivery performance record
