Monday: 0700 - 1800hrs 
Tues, Wed, Friday - 0800 - 1800hrs 
Thursday - 0730 - 1800hrs

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Provide best-in-class customer services to Customer’s internal and external event organizers and audience.
  • Ensure Customer engagement and management is handled professionally
  • Ensures periodic updates to Service Owners on local operations
  • Early highlight to Senior Event Technician, Event Tech Team Lead and Customer’s of any upcoming high priority events.
  • Provide support to internal and external events at Customer offices, including contents displaying on video wall, video and audio signals routing and mixing, recording and live streaming via Customer’s LIVE GO function.
  • Provide daily technical check and day-to-day troubleshooting for AV equipment within Customer’s premises.
  • Work on high profile events including video and audio mixing, ensure smooth camera movement and operations, camera framing, lighting, floor managing, and have a good solid understanding of sophisticated AV event systems. 
  • Work independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment involving live events, IPTV, video conferencing platforms (i.e. Zoom, Webex, MS Teams, etc.), training room management and general AV infrastructure support.
  • Meet with stakeholders to discuss audio and video requirements for events and ensure proper technical advice is provided.
  • Have solid experience as a live event technician, working closely with other AV team members across APAC and back up each other. Troubleshoot system and provide solutions if any issue occurs during the event.
  • Troubleshoot sophisticated audio, video, switching and control systems problems in the best of its capability. For any items that cannot be troubleshooted, the dedicated resource shall communicate this to the Customer’s point of contact.
  • Possess problem-solving skills and resolve issues proactively.
  • Handle technical, event and incident management escalations in a timely manner.
  • Pre-check all AV equipment prior to every event to ensure the entire system is working with no issue. 
  • Set up and test videoconference with other remote locations.
  • Manage audio setup to ensure proper sound level for audience inside the MPR; and good sound quality and level are received in remote locations. 
  • Prepare/upload presentation material (i.e. PowerPoint slide, PDF file, video clip, etc.) on Customer’s PC for AV events, conference or meetings
  • Deliver post-event recording edits in an agreed format between both Parties.
  • Document event/operational workflows and standard operating procedures (“SOPs“) when required.
  • Daily AV-related tasks and tickets management.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a live event technician, proficient AV event HW operation and break-fix in high-pressure environments.
  • Professional and excellent customer services
  • Fluent in English – written and verbal
  • Experience with triaging and and operating sophisticated AV event systems and corporate AV needs is crucial.
  • Hands on operational experience with (preferably Blackmagic) production switcher / vision mixer (Macros, Auxes,Load clips, Supersource)
  • Experience in vision mixing and production Switcher configuration
  • Basic Floor management
  • Hands-on operational experience in digital audio boards and video routing (16-channels)
  • Hands on experience in PTZ live camera operation, switching using Panasonic PTZ and its configuration
  • Proficiency in video conferencing platforms like Zoom, Zoom Webinar in a live event production format
  • Troubleshooting of AV events hardware system
  • Basic Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro) for light post-production task
  • Crestron touch panel and control systems
  • Video conference hardware and software operations (Zoom, Zoom events, Cisco codec)
