Service Technician
Kia of Temecula is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our high-performing service department. We are looking for automotive technicians who prioritize precision, craftsmanship, and a commitment to exceptional service.
Schedule: Tues - Sat; 8am-5pm
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Kia vehicles
Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service information
Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately
Conduct thorough multi-point inspections
Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation
Qualifications
Kia or similar brand experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills required
ASE certifications preferred or willingness to obtain
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. The flat rate pay range for this position is $17.00 – $62.00 actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, skills, job-knowledge, and location.
