Schedule:

  • Full Time, rotating day/evening/weekend shifts.
  • Dealership hours between 8:30am-8:00pm (open Monday-Sunday).

Pay Range: Up to $100,000.00 per year and above (based on sales performance).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and identify their needs to recommend suitable vehicles from our inventory.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight vehicle features and benefits.

  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound calls, follow-ups, and B2B (business-to-business) interactions.

  • Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.

  • Upsell additional products such as warranties, accessories, and service packages to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

  • Support inventory management by tracking vehicle availability and coordinating with the sales support team.

  • Keep abreast of new trends and industry developments.

  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.

  • Continuously improve sales performance through feedback.

Job Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License.
  • College Degree, High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of direct customer-facing sales experience preferred (automotive or similar fast-paced environment).
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and ethically.
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a sales pipeline through cold calling, outbound sales, and marketing efforts.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and retail math principles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing customer information and sales processes.
  • Outstanding phone etiquette, public speaking abilities, and customer service orientation.
  • Previous dealership experience is highly desirable; however, motivated newcomers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.  Intermediate ability to learn web applications for customer management.

Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.

Attendance Requirements:

The position requires regular and predictable attendance.  Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and sit.

Environment Demands:

Duties are performed throughout the premises, both indoors and outdoors and on customer test drives. Due to the nature of the position, may be exposed to various work environments and required to perform a variety of tasks. Heavy standing work. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments.

Verbal and Writing Ability:

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees.

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations.
