Job Description

MotorWorld retailed 9,447 units in 2024. Due to unprecedented growth we are expanding our executive leadership team. We are immediately hiring a Sales Director.

The Sales Director will oversee and manage all areas of our dealership operations including New and Pre Owned sales departments across our 13 rooftops.

This position is an executive level management in dealership setting and only the VERY BEST applicant will be considered. This position is for the elite automotive leader and will be provided the benefits and compensation appropriate to its level.

Qualifications:

• 10 + years of Automotive Management or equivalent experience
• Multi-site/roof top/brand experience required
• Proven ability to inspire, motivate and coach teams across all dealership departments
• Proven ability to maximize productivity, customer service and profitability
• Proficient knowledge of automotive management systems
• Must have a sense of time management and be detail oriented
• Self-Motivated with high level of initiative and ability to work in a team
• Maintain valid driver's license; Must be insurable
