Automotive Interior Repair Specialist

Fred Anderson Toyota of Cape Coral is seeking an experienced Interior Repair Specialist to join our high-volume used car reconditioning team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in restoring vehicle interiors to retail-ready condition with quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair and recondition vehicle interiors to retail standards
• Perform seat repair, vinyl and leather repair, dyeing, and color matching
• Repair minor burns, tears, cracks, and trim damage
• Carpet and headliner spot repair where applicable
• Maintain high-quality standards while meeting reconditioning timelines
• Work closely with recon, service, and sales teams

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive interior repair and reconditioning
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Dealership or high-volume recon experience preferred
