Herb Gordon Subaru, part of the MileOne Autogroup, is hiring a top-producing Finance Manager to join our elite Finance & Insurance (F&I) team. This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential—high performers regularly earn $150,000+, with no ceiling on income.

Finance Manager Responsibilities:
- Utilize and support the dealership F&I selling process, ensuring full compliance and disclosure on all vehicle deliveries
- Generate additional income through the sale of insurance products, service contracts, maintenance plans, and vehicle protection products
- Partner with the General Manager to benchmark and achieve dealership F&I performance goals
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders, manufacturers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Finance Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager required
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (ERA), ADP, RouteOne, and eLeads preferred
- Proven ability to complete all retail deliveries and required documentation
- Ability to lead and influence sales teams to improve profitability and exceed performance goals
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, internet proficiency, and basic math skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
