Temporary position for 12 months
As an Automotive Estimation Dispatch Technician, you contribute to the logistical and operational support of claims processing, particularly in activities related to automotive estimation. Your goal is to optimize the productivity of activities and operations. You may be called upon to cover one or more of the following sub-specialties, such as logistics related to estimator routes, task assignment to estimators, and support for business unit collaborators. Your role involves taking responsibility for various tasks and ensuring the execution of activities and processes necessary to achieve the team’s operational objectives and mandates, in accordance with established standards, practices, and general guidelines. The ability to focus on results is therefore an essential skill. More specifically, you will be required to:
Provide support in processing and analyzing specific or unusual information related to your field
Participate in problem-solving and the development of appropriate recommendations, leveraging your adaptability as needed
Contribute to the development and improvement of work methods and procedures
Perform dispatch duties for field and image desk auto appraisers
Optimize routes and schedules
Carry out the unit’s operational and administrative processes
Analyze, produce and revise reports and statistics
Carry out administrative, operational and quality control measures and take corrective action, following up as needed
Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, extraction, processing, compilation and coding
Help develop and improve work methods and procedures
Provide information about the policies, programs and processes in your field
Prepare and revise presentations and related documents

What you bring to the table
College diploma in a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
Expert proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
