Job requirements:
In process inspection: Inspection consists of frequent examination of the visual attributes of each product
Records data: Any information regarding the product or the performance of his or her duties that is deemed necessary by management
Maintains work area: Keep production area clean. This includes wiping surfaces of equipment, picking up stray plastic parts, removing dust, dirt, and grease.
Operates Machines: Operating of automated high-speed machines, loading raw materials and packing products.
May be required to train new employees
Develops and maintains good working relationships with all departments.
Maintaining accurate production records and following established SOPs.
Completes all required training as assigned.
Conducts all job functions in a safe manner.
Monitor machine rejects to assure that parts are being sorted and ran on a daily basis.
Ensure loaders and feeders are continually kept loaded with the correct parts
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job qualifications
High school diploma
Ability to spend long hours walking and standing.
Good color perception and good manual dexterity.
Ability to safely lift up to 10 kg
Ability to work well with others at all levels.
Able to work in an orderly, logical manner while paying attention to each detail of responsibility.
Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), SAP and e-mail skills preferred.
Experience in manufacturing/healthcare environment, performing assembly, machine operation, and quality inspections.
