About the Role
Report to: Head of Marketing Business PartnerROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Automation Workflow Design and Implementation:
- Design, build, and optimize automated marketing processes (email, SMS, push notifications, chatbots, etc.) to improve customer outreach and care, such as sending targeted emails based on user behavior or providing personalized content at different stages of the customer journey.
- Use automation platforms such as D365 Customer insight journey, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools to deploy campaigns.
2. Customer Data Management and Segmentation:
- Collect, analyze, and segment customer data to build personalized journeys.
- Ensure data is up-to-date, synchronized, integrity and compliant with data privacy regulations.
3. Email Marketing:
- Manage email campaigns, creating templates, and using analytics to track performance and optimize for better results.
4. Lead Generation and Nurturing:
- Automate lead capture, scoring, and nurturing processes to guide leads through the sales funnel and increase conversion rates.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing campaign data, and providing insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making and optimize future campaigns.
6. System Integration:
- Ensure seamless integration between marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and other relevant systems such as email, ZNS, SMS, Chatbot, AI, CDP & CMS.
- Participate in researching, testing and deploying new technologies in the Martech field (CDP, DMP, AI/ML applied in marketing...).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong project management capabilities with a results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and system integration best practices.
- Programming knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage marketing data for strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or other content management tools.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate and defend ideas.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
