Day-to-day responsibility for, or provide support on, projects that generate new products, processes and understanding of commercial value to JM. Contributes to the improvement of the team or processes within JM.
Job purpose
Management of the automation team in order to provide Manufacturing technical and operational support of the automated infrastructure, projects and enhancements.
Principle accountabilities
a. Execute, supervise, and track all maintenance activities in the automation area:
- Maintain high-availability systems/facilities and disaster recovery plan. MES&DCS system
- supervise, control, and implement operating and technical documentation, records and facilitate audits internal and external preparations
- Responsible for maintenance planning, supervise and optimize maintenance plan.
- Reduce unplanned shutdown time, training and coaching for maintenance technician.
- Lead the equipment downtime RCA analysis, tracking and follow up pending issue.
- Prepare monthly performance report and participate sector maintenance meeting for presentation and sharing. Monthly tracking up with Corp, English skills required.
- Dominate the continuous improvement equipment reliability, safety, and quality.
- Manage the maintenance cost and drive the Manex saving projects.
- Ensuring the security of OT systems. Net safety knowledge,
b. Participate in maintenance related projects.
- Support new project implementation including project apply, site installation and commissioning.
- Organize and implement maintenance related technical improvement projects.
- Technical input into capex projects involving automation components; accountable for delivery and integration of automation-related aspects
Scope
- Cooperate with the production department to ensure the stable operation of production equipment, reduce downtime of production lines.
- Collaborate with processes, production, EHS, quality, engineering, and other departments to complete the integrity management of plant assets.
- Cooperate with IT to enhance OT security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above of engineering in (discipline: electrical, automation)
- 5 years field work experience in production line maintenance/Engineering with strong reliability and EHS sense with at least 1 year team management role in manu.&Automotive industry.
- Familiar with MS office software (Word, Excel, Power point), Auto CAD etc.
- Experience in management.
- Understand the relevant knowledge of process safety. *
- Familiar with IEC62443.
- Familiar with PLC, HMI, Drive in programming and troubleshooting is required, (Prefer Mitsubishi, Siemens).
- Good writing and oral English skills are required.
- Familiar with ABB robot system in maintenance, programming, and optimization is required. *
- Good people manager skills, such as coach, train, listen, communication, etc.
- Familiar with calcination oven, dryer, rotor doser and mixing process is a plus.
- Good practical knowledge and practice in Maintenance system documents. *
- Ability to raise advisable suggestions and dominate the continuous improvement equipment reliability, safety and quality. *
