Job Description:
Operate and maintain automated equipment within the cleanroom environment, ensuring stable, efficient, and high‑quality production processes. Provide first‑line technical support, troubleshoot equipment issues, and collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance teams for escalated technical needs. Initially responsible for operating an automated packaging machine, with future progression toward operating and supporting additional automation systems.
Automated Equipment Operation
Operate automated packaging machinery in a cleanroom environment according to work instructions and good manufacturing practice requirements.
Monitor machine performance, identify deviations, and ensure continuous and stable production flow.
Perform machine setup, basic calibration, and preparation for production runs.
Troubleshooting & Technical Support
Provide first‑line troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, or process‑related issues.
Collect data, document findings, and characterize equipment malfunctions for escalation.
Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance teams to resolve complex or cross‑departmental issues.
Future Scope & Development
Expand responsibility to additional automated systems as company and experience grows.
Progression toward a leader position within the cleanroom environment, including coordination and support of operators
Job Requirements:
Professional Background
Technical background with experience operating automated machinery — required.
Experience in cleanroom environments — an advantage.
Understanding of mechanical and/or electromechanical systems.
English at a good level (reading and writing); technical English — an advantage.
Technical Skills
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and identify root causes.
Familiarity with production documentation and quality systems.
Capability to work with computerized production systems.
Competencies

Strong communication skills and teamwork with Engineering and Maintenance.
High attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
