Purpose of this position is to validate & implement the automation systems like CIS & MIS, software operations, software maintenance, Incident management.

  • designs, builds, tests, and maintains automated systems to make processes faster, safer, more consistent, and less dependent on manual work.
  • Designs automated workflows, control logic, and system architecture.
  • Writes and maintains code for PLCs, robots, test rigs, scripts, or automation software.
  • Integrates sensors, actuators, controllers, databases, and UIs
  • Connects machines, software, and IT/OT systems (e.g., MES, ERP, SCADA).
  • Ensures different subsystems communicate reliably and securely.
  • Creates test plans to verify that automated systems work as intended.
  • Debugs issues, performs root-cause analysis, and documents test results.
  • Proposes improvements and supports maintenance to reduce failures and bottlenecks
  • Prepares Standard Work instruction, software documentation, and change logs.
  • Trains operators, technicians, and other engineers on how to use and support systems.
  • Uses data to identify waste and variation; proposes automation upgrades.
  • Supports lean and digitalization initiatives (e.g., IoT, analytics).
