Purpose of this position is to validate & implement the automation systems like CIS & MIS, software operations, software maintenance, Incident management.
- designs, builds, tests, and maintains automated systems to make processes faster, safer, more consistent, and less dependent on manual work.
- Designs automated workflows, control logic, and system architecture.
- Writes and maintains code for PLCs, robots, test rigs, scripts, or automation software.
- Integrates sensors, actuators, controllers, databases, and UIs
- Connects machines, software, and IT/OT systems (e.g., MES, ERP, SCADA).
- Ensures different subsystems communicate reliably and securely.
- Creates test plans to verify that automated systems work as intended.
- Debugs issues, performs root-cause analysis, and documents test results.
- Proposes improvements and supports maintenance to reduce failures and bottlenecks
- Prepares Standard Work instruction, software documentation, and change logs.
- Trains operators, technicians, and other engineers on how to use and support systems.
- Uses data to identify waste and variation; proposes automation upgrades.
- Supports lean and digitalization initiatives (e.g., IoT, analytics).

- Credential Management(Rotate and reconfigure PLC/HMI credentials as part of security best practices.)

- Incident Identification & Reporting
