Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and automation at scale?
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on transforming planning operations across Europe by developing and deploying innovative digital solutions.

You will work closely with a network of ~150 planning specialists and leaders, enabling them to operate more efficiently through automation, advanced analytics, and digitization. Your work will directly impact business results by reducing manual effort, improving decision quality, and accelerating execution.

This is a hands-on technical role where you will combine software development, data engineering, and business understanding to design and deliver scalable solutions in a complex supply chain environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support automation and analytics solutions to improve planning processes and business performance

  • Build and maintain cloud-based data flows and application-supporting data processing solutions

  • Partner with planners, analysts, and leaders to identify opportunities for digitization and translate them into technical solutions

  • Develop and maintain Python-based tools for data processing, automation, and system integrations

  • Leverage Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to streamline workflows and enhance user experience

  • Ensure high-quality documentation of solutions, architectures, and processes

  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to continuously improve existing tools and introduce new capabilities

  • Apply best practices in coding, version control, and solution design to ensure sustainability and long-term maintainability

  • Contribute to incremental improvements of data and application architecture within planning processes

  • Expected to deliver measurable improvements in touchless adoption, planner productivity, and service/cost KPIs

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong programming skills in Python (automation, data processing, API integrations) with 1-3 years of professional experience. ​

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform

  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., GitHub)

  • Understanding of application and data architecture at solution level (including ability to document using tools like draw.io)

  • Basic understanding of cloud security principles (IAM, roles, access management)

  • Strong collaboration skills with ability to work independently

  • High attention to detail, especially in documentation and solution design

  • Fluent English (minimum B2 level)

Preferred:

  • Experience with Copilot Studio or AI-based solutions (e.g., chatbots, agents)

  • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Azure SQL, SQL Server)

  • Experience with Power BI and DAX

  • Basic understanding of DevOps and CI/CD concepts

  • Experience working within enterprise security frameworks
