Team Description

The Sales Operations Commercial Automation team drives innovation through intelligent automation and data-driven insights. We serve a dual purpose: acting as internal consultants and hands-on developers to create efficiencies across Sales Operations and the wider Commercial and Services organizations.

As an Automation & AI Solutions Intern, you will play a hands-on technical role, collaborating across multiple functions to design AI-powered tools, automate workflows, and build dynamic dashboards. This is a unique opportunity to learn cutting-edge technologies while contributing to high-impact projects that directly improve how our commercial teams operate.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and integrating AI-based automation solutions to streamline operational processes.

  • Support the creation of interactive dashboards using BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, Looker) to replace static reports.

  • Automate data collection and reporting for improved visibility and decision-making.

  • Contribute to enhancing internal search capabilities for faster knowledge retrieval.

  • Participate in team meetings and assist with branding and communication projects for long-term initiatives.

  • Collaborate with technical leads and cross-functional teams on multiple automation use cases.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Gemini, Vertex AI, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

  • Basic knowledge of Python scripting and familiarity with BI tools is a plus.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and propose solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

  • Curious, proactive, and adaptable to new tools and technologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with data visualization platforms (Qlik, Tableau, Looker).

  • Exposure to ServiceNow or similar enterprise workflow tools.

  • A solid foundational understanding of automation concepts and AI-driven operations.

The internship period is 6 months, with the possibility of extension. It is a part-time modality, with a daily commitment of 6 hours.
