Who we are looking for

The Automation and AI India team at State Street is at the forefront of digital reinvention and process improvements. It is a multidisciplinary team with a focus on emerging trends, the latest technologies and its incorporation in financial services offered to the clients.

We are looking for junior developers who can understand industry trends along with State Street’s business systems and processes to identify the customer and user needs, understand requirements, design and support senior developers in developing the product using specified tools, validate the developed features, and address operational improvement needs to lead implementation efforts as appropriate to accomplish business objectives.

 

What you will be responsible for

As a Senior Associate you will

  • Ability to understand customer/business user needs, motivations, and behaviors and translate them into concepts and prototypes to elicit direct feedback. 
  • Coordinate with senior developers and leads to understand the as-is process and design the workflow process flow and its implementation.
  • Develop solutions with AI, ML using NLP, Data Science Models and Quantitative Models. 
  • Strong analytical, technical, problem-solving skills along with being detail-oriented, and able to understand complex customer needs and translate them into end-user products/automation. 
  • Ability to prioritize efforts to deliver maximum consumer value and support key business KPI's; assist with smart trade-offs and sequencing of automation platform roadmap. 
  • Ability to manage own time by appropriately prioritizing design and research tasks while working within deadlines. 
  • Ability to develop end to end Business Process Management software solutions. 
  • Identify bottlenecks, bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues. 
  • Enhance and support the Projects in UAT and Production. 
  • Design and implement improvements and additional capabilities for the AI platform.
  • The role will provide opportunity to work in niche Artificial Intelligence based projects using Python.
