You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for multiple Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) Technicians.
As an ASRS Technician, you will support the daily operation and maintenance of the AutoStore ASRS and identify issues that could affect production by monitoring the information flow between systems.

Flexible full time availability is required to support business needs.
What you’ll do:
Accurately track maintenance activities, repairs, and asset details in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to maintain up-to-date records.
Audit parts inventory, ensuring necessary parts are in stock and available for quick repairs, and reordering as needed to support ongoing ASRS operations.
Conduct regular inspections and address any issues that could compromise asset integrity.
Comfortably perform duties at elevated levels, following all safety protocols and using required personal protective equipment.
Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs to minimize equipment downtime and optimize performance.
Plan PM activities in conjunction with operations to minimize downtime.
Respond to incidents as a certified First Aid provider, ensuring the safety and well-being of team members.
Assist in the maintenance and repair of other DC facility equipment including automatic sorters and conveyors.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Exacta and be able to manage daily operational flow of warehouse systems.
Work together with DC operations to ensure the ASRS working downtime is kept to a minimum.
Keep the operations and production teams up to date on all necessary information.
What we’re looking for:
Certification or an associate degree in a related field is not required but would be an asset.
1+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, ASRS systems, or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient computer literacy.
Familiarity with safety regulations and experience working at heights.
First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within the first three months of employment).
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Base pay range
Hourly pay rate: $26.44 - $29.80
This job is eligible for a company performance bonus in addition to the compensation range above.
