As an auto products business analyst, you’re responsible for documenting the business requirements for developing omnichannel solutions related to automobile insurance. You analyze the organization’s business needs and business context, document impacts on stakeholders, recommend solutions and identify changes to implement for innovative, large-scale initiatives. You analyze the impacts of solutions on the organization, and ensure they’re integrated, from needs assessment to rollout. Your projects require extensive, in-depth knowledge of your field, especially automobile insurance in Canada. You interact with many stakeholders working in a wide range of fields. Interpersonal savvy and the ability to balance the interests of multiple parties are therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to :
Analyze costs, benefits, risks, constraints, business opportunities and stakeholder needs to be factored into the project’s scope.
Analyze impacts with the parties involved, and identify prerequisites and internal dependencies.
Identify, formalize and communicate business solutions.
Anticipate issues and propose improvements.
Make sure the solution is developed with a cross-sector vision and include end-to-end requirement traceability.
Help develop testing strategies and acceptance testing plans.
Support the business sector and manager during solution rollout and post-implementation.
Help develop change management strategies and carry out change management activities.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of four years experience as a business analyst or a related role
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Experience delivering projects not using the agile method
Experience in the automobile insurance field
Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
