As we scale rapidly, we are looking for an Auto Body Estimator to join our reconditioning facility team. This role ensures that vehicle repair estimates are accurate, repairs are scheduled efficiently, and communication between repair shops and internal teams flows smoothly. You will help keep our reconditioning process on track, ensuring vehicles are repaired correctly and delivered on time.
What you’ll do:

- Coordinate with repair shops to collect quotes, pricing, and service details
- Schedule repair appointments for vehicles being sent to repair facilities
- Organize and process invoices for repair services
- Respond to calls and emails from management with updates on scheduling and repair status
- Support high-volume estimating and appointment coordination in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain organized records of repair estimates, appointments, and communications
- Follow up with repair shops and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or communication gaps between shops and management
- Use internal systems and communication tools (e.g., email, Google Drive, Slack) to track workflow
What we’re looking for:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Skills: Strong computer skills and proficiency with workflow tools; customer service skills and professional communication
- License: Valid driver’s license (minimum G2)
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Location: Ability to commute to Mississauga
Other items to note:
- Communication: Frequent interaction with management, vendors, and internal teams
- Problem Resolution/Analysis: Identify issues in scheduling, estimates, or invoices and escalate when needed
- Customer Service: Professional and approachable communication style
- Team/Individual Contributor: Balance independent administrative tasks with team coordination
- Leadership: Opportunity to influence processes and operational efficiency
- Working Conditions: On-site role in a reconditioning facility
- Mental and Physical Skill/Effort: Attention to detail, multitasking, and organization required
It’d be great if you have:
- Previous administrative, customer service, or automotive support experience
- Familiarity with automotive repair terminology or shop operations
- Experience using scheduling, workflow, or task management tools
Why you’ll love it at Clutch:
- Autonomy & ownership – opportunity to build your process and influence the company workforce at every level
- Help shape the future of car buying and selling in Canada by leading a critical part of our reconditioning workflow
- Broad ownership over vehicle repair coordination during a phase of rapid growth
- Competitive compensation and top-of-market benefits
- Above market health & dental coverage starting from day one
Employment Type:
- Existing, Permanent Full-Time
Compensation & Benefits:
- Wage: $18.00 per hour
- Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare, dental, vision, prescription, life insurance, and dependent coverage starting day one
- Pay decisions reflect objective criteria: skills, performance, market benchmarking, responsibilities, and working conditions
