The opportunity:

In the context of REIWA SAP S4/Hana ERP implementation, the Global ToA /Workflow Governance Manager and his team will ensure the implementation and maintenance of Hitachi Energy’s Table of Authorities and the related workflows within the ERP.

 How you’ll make an impact:

  • Managing and working on ticketing tool Saviynt, ServiceNow and RITM requests. 
  • Supporting automation and go live activities and provide support to new workflow setup in ToA table FIORI.
  • Mail request, Incident & RITM request based on request received from streams for manual changes in ToA.
  • Analyzing and taking care of daily analytics error reports received from Saviynt team.
  • Report preparation based on request from stream (S2P, R2R, Q2C & I2R) & IC manager for missing role owner and inactive user to role mapping.
  • 6.Attend daily catch-up calls to ensure timely completion of tasks assigned to me within SLA without any escalation.
  • Working on role owner and certifier activities on request.
  • Support testing activities (go live & automation).
  • Follow up with respective team (Saviynt, etc.) and ensure to close requests within SLA without any deviations and escalations.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, finance, project management or a related field. 
  • Proven experience minimum of 5 years in process optimization, governance implementation (translating governance principles into practical actions within an organization) or related roles. 
  • Relevant certifications in process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) and governance tools (e.g., Service Now, SharePoint) will be a benefit. 
  • Experience in working in an agile and dynamic environment, and the ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities. 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse and senior stakeholders across the organization and external partners. 
  • Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and another relevant software application.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
