Bring your energy to Aggreko as our AUSPAC RTR (Record to Report) Lead based in Braeside. You’ll perform financial accounting activities including delivering accurate, compliant and financial information in our AUSPAC business. You will be hands on in statutory reporting, control, reconciliation of accounts and records, reports / schedules, manage tax and governance related matters for Aggreko.

Key Responsibility
Overseas the full Record to Report cycle including journals posting, GL management, intercompany accounting..
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and group reporting timeliness.
Business partner to the WIPRO team.
Ensure accuracy of financial records and readiness to external audit, analysis of key accounts, reporting of month end and year end procedures and documentation.
Review lease accounting and support AASB 16 requirements
Assist to the preparing of annual statutory accounts, including full disclosures and supporting working papers
Support with external and internal audits of financial information for Aggreko AUSPAC.
Review and lodge GST, Witholding taxes, BAS, FBT for Aggreko entities, assisting in preparing transfer pricing information for tax agents and with year end tax lodgement with tax agents
Identify and implement improvement to financial controls, processes and compliance framework with Group requirements, supporting automation initiatives from Group
Partner with Group, Regional and Shared Services Finance team, external and internal audit, advisors and tax stakeholders
You are:
A qualified account with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
CA or CPA qualified
Experienced in a similar role at a Senior or Lead level. Minimum 5 years experience in industry and proven financial accounting background, ideally within a growing or multinational business with audit interface experience.
Strong knowledge to statutory reporting and tax requirements.
Strong reconciliation and analytical skills, complemented by ability to communicate and liaise with various stakeholders at local and head office.
Knowledgeable to a working level to IFRS16 Leases
Familiar in financial control and R2R operations, ideally within shared services, BPO, or service delivery environments but not essential.
Strong excel, Movex and Tagetik desirable
