About the Role:
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Audit Content Analyst to join our team working on Knowledge Coach software. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of audit content released in the customer application. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a foundational audit background to contribute to enhancing software solutions that support professionals in this field. Your work will help streamline operations and support the successful completion of client projects, laying a solid foundation for your professional growth.
Responsibilities:
• Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on content updates and releases in the customer software (‘Knowledge Coach’) and internal content
management system.
• Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of documents before releasing them to customers by comparing them to master documents
for spelling, grammar etc.
• Conduct testing of certain application functionalities, document and report QA findings.
• Collaborate with content developers, technical teams, and stakeholders ensuring timely resolution of identified gaps.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for various ongoing projects and system implementations.
• Responsibilities in future will involve supporting annotation and integration which consists of utilizing marked up Word documents to create
and update dynamic forms.
Skills and qualifications
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Accounting, Commerce or Finance (CA/CA intermediate/CPA/CMA/ACCA would be an added advantage).
• 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in an audit role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and be able to quickly adapt to new systems.
• Excellent proficiency in English language and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and provide high quality deliverables.
• Strong understanding of audit principles, standards and practice is a plus.
