The new audit team in Vilnius will start on 17 August.
In this role, you will:
Carry out core audit tasks by gathering data, reviewing documentation, and maintaining a strong focus on quality;
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatPwC, Copilot) and other digital tools (e.g., Aura, ChatAssurance, Power BI) to support audit work, improve efficiency, and maintain quality;
Support audit planning by helping develop audit plans and procedures, and by building an understanding of the client’s business and key processes;
Assist with risk assessments and work closely with senior team members to address identified risks and issues;
Develop your skills every day, including audit planning, project and time management, and other professional capabilities;
Collaborate with colleagues and clients locally and internationally to deliver each project stage on time and in line with PwC’s quality standards.
You are our ideal candidate if you:
Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or will graduate within the next 12 months);
Have 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit (an advantage);
Have strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions;
Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
Are comfortable using AI tools and other digital solutions to work efficiently while maintaining quality and confidentiality;
Are well organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
Have upper-intermediate or advanced Lithuanian and English language skills;
Are available to work full time.

Our offer:
The monthly gross salary for this position ranges from 1900 to 2100 EUR.
