Position Responsibilities:
Identify and maintain key project schedules and provide regular updates
Lead (Level 4) or actively participate (Level 3) in project planning to assess impacts and constraints related to product development, production rates, process improvements, and program initiatives
Coordinate with programs and capabilities to optimize resource availability aligned with project needs
Organize and facilitate regular working meetings to ensure team members execute assigned tasks and provide timely status, tracking, and reporting
Develop and maintain statements of work (SOW) for subcontracted units and coordinate make-or-buy assessments
Provide performance assessments of team members to management as appropriate
Develop innovative solutions to complex problems requiring creativity and ingenuity
Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business units to support project objectives
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
This position requires an active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance and current Counterintelligence Polygraph (CIP) (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
Level 3: 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience in program or project management
3+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools
Experience with the setup and support of large-scale Audio Visual Systems
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 4: 5+ years of related systems design and integration experience, or equivalent education and experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools (e.g., Jira)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Proven experience managing Audio-Visual projects and related tasks
Strong track record in developing and managing complex project schedules
Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding project teams
Experience managing high-visibility, mission-critical project plans
Ability to manage multiple concurrent project schedules and effectively prioritize competing tasks

Summary pay range for Mid-Level (Level 3): $116,450.00 - $157,550.00
Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4): $142,800.00 - $193,200.00
