  • Partner with Conference Services, Event Planning, and Multimedia teams to clearly define AV responsibilities and ensure flawless execution.
  • Execute event setups with zero-failure expectations in high-visibility environments.

Vendor & Integration Oversight

  • Act as the primary technical liaison with AV integrators, manufacturers, and service providers.
  • Review integrator designs, drawings, programming, and statements of work for technical accuracy and adherence to firm standards.
  • Provide technical direction during new office builds, renovations, and large-scale AV refresh initiatives.
  • Oversee system testing, acceptance, validation, and Day Two operational transition.
  • Manage and coordinate technical response during major AV incidents.

Mentorship, Training & Operational Excellence

  • Serve as a senior technical mentor to AV Specialists and support staff.
  • Provide structured training on system operation, troubleshooting methodologies, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve monitoring, documentation, reliability, and support workflows.
