Audience Operations Manager

 What You’ll Do:

The Audience Operations Manager will play a critical operational role in managing partner workflows, maintaining documentation, supporting deal execution, and ensuring internal cross-functional alignment. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys working at the intersection of partnerships, operations, and analytics. 

Operational Support

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Data Partnerships team mainly focused on Audiences
  • Track partnership pipeline status, deliverables, and key milestones.
  • Maintain organized documentation of contracts, data agreements, and partner materials.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, agendas, and follow-ups.

Partnership Execution Support

  • Assist in onboarding new partners, ensuring smooth operational setup.
  • Support RFP responses and partner proposals with research and materials.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare recurring reporting.
  • Help manage billing and contract compliance tracking.

Data & Reporting

  • Compile and analyze audience performance data across partners.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems and reporting outputs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between Data Partnerships, Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance.
  • Help ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and technical integrations.
  • Support internal communication of partnership updates and wins.

Who You Are: 

  • 4+ years of experience in data or media partnerships, digital media, adtech, data analytics, or business operations.
  • Exposure to audience data, identity solutions, or advertising technology ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance considerations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 

DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $100,000 - $115,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidates skills, experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer an annualized bonus/commissions plan and competitive benefits as well as many other company offerings.
