What you get to do:
As the Attendance & Revenue Reporting Specialist, you will perform various routine accounting/balancing tasks including post revenue entries, verify and reconcile financial reporting to system output, assist with new product configuration, respond to inquiries and other departments to resolve a variety of issues. You will:
- Input data and process accounting documents for multiple parks.
- Use an automated attendance and revenue balancing system (ATRB).
- Run reporting to verify system import data.
- Request information as needed from other departments.
- Collaborate with other teams, including IT, to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Take initiative in finding efficiencies to improve current department processes.
- Assist with special projects as assigned from all levels of leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What it takes to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting or 4 years work experience in a related field is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, financial, and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making skills to ensure quality of work meets expected quality standards.
- Team-oriented.
- Ability to use 10-Key is preferred.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
