Nous recherchons un Formateur Maintenance pour rejoindre notre Direction Support et plus précisément le centre de formation ATR au sein de l'équipe d’Emile: une équipe de 4 collaborateurs !

Votre mission

• Vous formerez les clients ATR et les Centres de Maintenance (formation théorique et pratique), selon les réglementations applicables (EASA, CASA PART 147…), aux spécificités de l’avion (quelle que soit la variante)

• Vous garantirez un haut niveau de qualité de la formation afin de permettre une maintenance efficace et optimisée de l’avion en ligne ou en base

• Vous préparerez et superviserez les examens théoriques et pratiques (sur simulateur ou avion)

• Vous contribuerez à la mise à jour et à l’amélioration continue des supports de formation en y intégrant les nouvelles exigences réglementaires et les retours clients

• Vous développerez de nouveaux cours, en collaboration avec les instructeurs de l’équipe, afin de répondre aux besoins clients

• Vous gérerez les examens théoriques de la PART 147 à partir de la validation des questions créées par les instructeurs, en garantissant la pertinence et la sécurité des examens.

A propos de vous

• Vous avez une licence PART 66 B1 ou B2 ou B1/C ou B2/C

• Vous êtes qualifié sur ATR (une ou plusieurs variantes)

• Vous avez au minimum 5 ans d’expérience technique (incluent points fixes et recherche de pannes) sur avion ATR (-600 de préférence), que ce soit en compagnie aérienne ou en centre de maintenance

• Vous avez été instructeur pendant plus de 6 mois

• Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques modernes

• Vous aimez être au service du client et êtes un bon communicant et pédagogue sachant travailler dans un environnement multiculturel

• Vous êtes à l’écoute et aimez innover

• Vous parlez anglais et français couramment

• Vous êtes disponible pour faire de fréquentes et longues missions de plusieurs semaines à l’étranger

We are looking for a Maintenance Trainer to come onboard in our Support and more specifically the ATR training center Directorate in Emile’s team : a team of 4 collaborators!

Your Mission

• You will train ATR customers and Maintenance Centers (theoretical and practical training), according to applicable regulations (EASA, CASA PART 147, etc.), in the specificities of the aircraft (whatever the variant)

• You will guarantee a high level of quality of training in order to allow efficient and optimized maintenance of the aircraft on line or on base

• You will prepare and supervise theoretical and practical exams (on simulator or aircraft)

• You will contribute to the updating and continuous improvement of training materials by integrating new regulatory requirements and customer feedback

• You will develop new courses, in collaboration with the instructors of the team, in order to meet customer needs

• You will manage the PART 147 theory exams from the validation of the questions created by the instructors, guaranteeing the relevance and security of the exams.

About you

• You have a PART 66 B1 or B2 or B1/C or B2/C license

• You are qualified on ATR (one or more variants)

• You have at least 5 years of technical experience (including run-ups and fault finding) on ATR aircraft (-600 preferred), whether in an airline or in a maintenance center

• You have been an instructor for more than 6 months

• You are comfortable with modern IT tools

• You like to be at the service of the customer and are a good communicator and pedagogue who knows how to work in a multicultural environment

• You are a good listener and like to innovate

• You speak English and French fluently

• You are available to do frequent and long missions of several weeks abroad
