We are looking for ATR’s Head of Ethics & Compliance and Export Control and Chief Compliance Officer to come onboard in our Corporate Secretary Directorate in Rahul Domergue’s team : a team of 50 collaborators!

Your Mission
You shall implement all necessary actions to ensure the highest ethics and compliance standards.
You will be in charge of the management of Export Control, Ethics & Compliance matters, ensure compliance with national and international laws and regulations for ATR and its subsidiaries; ensure awareness and provide training on the above matters.
You will manage a team composed of five employees.
Your main activities will include: Management of the Export Control, Ethics and Compliance matters for ATR and coordination of subsidiaries for the same matter; structuring of the Export Control and Ethics and Compliance systems and organization in ATR and its subsidiaries.

About you
As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:
- degree in Law/Compliance (preferred) or Management or Business Administration
- Solution-finding mindset and good interpersonal skills
- Strong management abilities illustrated by a significant management experience
- Dialogue and listening abilities together with conviction skills
- At least 7 years of experience in Export Control and/or Ethics & Compliance
- Knowledge and practice of laws and regulations on Export Control, Ethics and Compliance in the field of industry. (Aeronautical industry is a plus)
- Strong business acumen and pragmatism
- Ability to deal with various files and matters
- Strong organizational and priority-setting abilities (and good synthesis capabilities)
