Au sein de la direction des Programmes, le département PI est en charge de l’amélioration de la performance entreprise. Dans ce cadre, vous intégrerez l’équipe du Portfolio management qui est responsable de la priorisation des projets de développement avion, du pilotage de la performance et d’accompagner à la prise de décision stratégique. Vous aurez ainsi l’opportunité d’acquérir les compétences techniques autour des avions ATR tout en développant les compétences financières inhérentes aux métiers du Portfolio management et du Costing. Plus spécifiquement, vous contribuerez à :

  • Renforcer la structuration, la fiabilité des données et la lisibilité du pilotage du Project Portfolio (timeline/planning, Dashboard, Template, etc.)
  • Créer, améliorer et formaliser des méthodes et outils de pilotage des différents axes du Portfolio management (Costing, Ressources follow-up charge/capa, ROI, etc.)
  • Contribuer à la consolidation et à la mise à jour des indicateurs de performances (KPI, analyse des écarts, visibilité des points d’attention, etc.)
  • Contribuer à améliorer la visibilité et la compréhension du Portfolio Management (finalisation de serious game, support de communication, etc.)

Si vous êtes à la fois intéressé(e) par la technique et la finance, cette alternance est faite pour vous :

  • Diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent (informatique, data, finance, performance, gestion de projet). 
  • Connaissance de l’architecture avion et des principaux systèmes, gestion de projets, appétence pour l’analyse de données financières et la structuration de processus
  • A l’aise avec le pack office (Excel, Power Bi, etc.) et capable de maitriser VBA
  • Envie d’apprendre, état d’esprit de synthèse, collaboratif et sensible à l’amélioration continue
  • Français : courant, Anglais : niveau intermédiaire

Within the Program Directorate, the PI department is responsible for driving improvements in overall company performance. As part of this mission, you will join the Portfolio Management team, which oversees the prioritization of aircraft development projects, performance monitoring, and support for strategic decision‑making. This role will give you the opportunity to build technical expertise related to ATR aircraft while developing the financial skills essential to Portfolio Management and Costing activities. More specifically, you will contribute to :

  • Strengthen the structure, reliability, and clarity of Project Portfolio management data (timeline/planning, dashboards, templates, etc.)
  • Develop, improve, and formalize methods and tools used to manage the various dimensions of Portfolio Management (Costing, resource load/capacity follow‑up, ROI, etc.)
  • Support the consolidation and updating of performance indicators (KPIs, variance analysis, visibility on key points of attention, etc.)
  • Help enhance the visibility and understanding of Portfolio Management (finalization of a serious game, communication materials, etc.)

If you are interested in both technical and financial topics, this apprenticeship is made for you:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent (IT, data, finance, performance, project management)
  • Knowledge of aircraft architecture and major systems, project management, and a strong interest in financial data analysis and process structuring
  • Comfortable with Office tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) and able to work with VBA
  • Willingness to learn, strong synthesis mindset, collaborative attitude, and interest in continuous improvement
  • French: fluent, English: intermediate leve
