Périmètre d’activités

Participation aux projets en cours : Contribuer activement à diverses tâches et projets, en apportant un soutien aux équipes existantes.

Apprentissage et application des processus internes : Se familiariser avec les méthodes de travail, les outils et les systèmes spécifiques à ATR.
Collecte et analyse de données : Assister à la recherche, la compilation et l'analyse d'informations pertinentes.
Rédaction de rapports et de documentations : Préparer des synthèses, des présentations ou des documents techniques/administratifs.
Collaboration interdisciplinaire : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec différents services et interlocuteurs.
Veille technologique/réglementaire : Suivre les évolutions de son domaine d'expertise, si pertinent.
Support opérationnel : Apporter un appui quotidien aux activités du service

Missions

1.Piloter et contribuer aux activités d’amélioration continue

- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions de distributions optimisées.

- Soutenir le développement de la maturité du projet Boost en fournissant des données d’entrée.

2. Coordonner et surveiller les activités logistiques

- Faire remonter les problèmes impactant les activités logistiques et/ou de production.

- Collecter les besoins exprimés par les autres fonctions et informer la Production des impacts logistiques.

- Comprendre et analyser les KPI pour anticiper les problèmes et améliorer le flux de distribution du HUB/Magasin jusqu’au Point d’Utilisation (PoU).

3. Adapter les solutions de distribution et en assurer le management des données

- Adapter les solutions de distribution si réalisable à son niveau (flux physiques & informatiques).

- Assurer la création et la maintenance des données logistiques, de la cartographie des flux et informer les fonctions impactées.

- Apporter conseil et assistance à l’atelier afin de les former sur les problématiques des flux physiques.

4. Manager & éviter les aléas logistiques

- Améliorer la performance sur son périmètre, au travers d’actions curatives, correctives et préventives.

- Mener ou contribuer à la résolution de PPS (Practical Problem Solving).

5. Manager les moyens logistiques

- Contribuer au design et à la maintenance des moyens logistiques spécifiques.

6. Manager les activités de distribution opérationnelles

- Monitorer et analyser la performance des solutions de distribution (Flux physiques vs flux informatiques) et définir un plan d’actions si nécessaire à l’aide des différents outils informatiques.

Qualifications Requises

Statut d'apprenti(e) :Être inscrit(e) dans une formation diplômante (Bac+2 à Bac+5) requérant un contrat d'apprentissage, dans un domaine pertinent (ex: mécanique, aéronautique, informatique, gestion, commerce, etc.).
Motivation et curiosité : Faire preuve d'un fort intérêt pour le secteur aéronautique et l'apprentissage de nouvelles compétences.
Rigueur et organisation : Capacité à travailler de manière structurée et à respecter les délais.
Esprit d'équipe : Aptitude à collaborer efficacement avec des collègues.
Compétences linguistiques : Maîtrise du français (écrit et oral) indispensable. Un niveau d'anglais intermédiaire est fortement apprécié, compte tenu du contexte international d'ATR.
Compétences informatiques : Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Pack Office : Word, Excel, Power Point). La connaissance de logiciels spécifiques au domaine d'apprentissage est un plus.
Autonomie : Capacité à prendre des initiatives et à travailler de manière indépendante après une période de formation.

Scope of Activities

Participation in ongoing projects: Actively contribute to various tasks and projects, providing support to existing teams.

Learning and applying internal processes: Become familiar with ATR's specific working methods, tools, and systems.

Data collection and analysis: Assist in the research, compilation, and analysis of relevant information.

Report and documentation writing: Prepare summaries, presentations, and technical/administrative documents.

Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with various departments and stakeholders.

Technological/regulatory monitoring: Monitor developments in your area of ​​expertise, if relevant.

Operational support: Provide daily support to the department's activities.

Missions

1. Lead and contribute to continuous improvement activities

- Design and implement optimized distribution solutions.

- Support the development of the Boost project's maturity by providing input data.

2. Coordinate and Monitor Logistics Activities

- Report any issues impacting logistics and/or production activities.

- Gather requirements from other departments and inform Production of the logistical impacts.

- Understand and analyze KPIs to anticipate problems and improve the distribution flow from the HUB/Warehouse to the Point of Use (PoU).

3. Adapt Distribution Solutions and Ensure Data Management

- Adapt distribution solutions where feasible (physical and IT flows).

- Ensure the creation and maintenance of logistics data and flow mapping, and inform the affected departments.

- Provide advice and support to the workshop to train them on physical flow issues.

4. Manage and Prevent Logistics Risks

- Improve performance within your scope through corrective, preventive, and remedial actions.

- Lead or contribute to the resolution of Practical Problem Solving (PPS).

5. Manage logistical resources

- Contribute to the design and maintenance of specific logistical resources.

6. Manage operational distribution activities

- Monitor and analyze the performance of distribution solutions (physical vs. IT flows) and define an action plan if necessary using various IT tools.

Required Qualifications

Apprentice status: Must be enrolled in a degree program (Associate's to Master's level) requiring an apprenticeship contract in a relevant field (e.g., mechanics, aeronautics, IT, management, business, etc.). Motivation and curiosity: Demonstrate a strong interest in the aeronautics sector and learning new skills. Rigorous and organized: Ability to work in a structured manner and meet deadlines. Team spirit: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Language skills: Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. An intermediate level of English is highly valued, given ATR's international context. Computer skills: Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of software specific to the field of study is a plus. Autonomy: Ability to take initiative and work independently after a training period.
