Job description
Corporate Strategy director, support CS associate directors to drive development and delivery of AZKK strategic plans and objectives in line with the overall business plan and supports their tactical implementation, and contributing large scale transactions under the supervision from VP corporate strategy. Drive cross functional initiatives as a project manager. Support MCP to fasilitate the meetings, prepare the presentation material and project management for JLT initiatives.
Typical Accountabilities
•Coaching CS associate directors to ehnance their problem solving skills.
• Plans and implements cross functional initiatives which MCP wishes to implement for Japan.
• Provides facilitation support for MCP such as minute taking for JLT and other major committees, follow up on actions, and plan and propose any initiatives needs to be implemented.
• Develops operating plans to ensure the effective delivery of business objectives within timescales and quality standards
• Leads the business in communicating and enabling change within the business area
• Builds project management capability in AZKK to deliver against business objectives
• Ensures that administrative data is updated and maintained accurately
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of initiatives and practices in the organisation
• Contribute to large scale transaction which may or may not be M&A, with the support from VP and/or senior director, by analyzing the market situation, conducting search and evaluation, leading the valuation and whole process of transaction as a project manager
Requirement
Qualifications
• Educated to degree level; likely to hold a postgraduate qualification
Project management experience and skills
• Good communication with senior stakeholders, can engage anyone in organization
• Business level English proficiency
• Experience in strategy development, change management, and risk management
• Capability and experience in problem solving, based on qualitative and quantitiative analysis
• University Degree
