SupremeServ Academy Activities :
The person will be responsible to support operation of SupremeServ academy.
The focus will be arranging & executing training programs of Maintenance people from customers (end users) , Internal employees who need technical training , ASR s / ASC s training , SupremeServ GET s / DET s for technical trainings
Will conduct training programs at customer site ( if needed - mainly in Pune ) as per contract obligation / special requirement of customer.
The person is expected to
Prepare offers to the customers.
Design & execute the training programs for customers.
Prepare Customer Training calendar and execute it.
Coordinate with internal / external trainers for the program.
Organize visits of the trainees to various KSB plants as per the program.
Designing & managing the training material ( Hard & Soft )
Digital Marketing Activities :
Plan & execute appropriate Advertising and Publicity programs, including media buying and planning for assisting SupremeServ segment in the organization
Plan, coordinate and execute Seminars, Conferences and Exhibitions.
Plan and Manage branch wise marketing calendar and support branches in execution of SupremeServ marketing activities.
Responsibility to work on corporate presentations and corporate videos and series of gifs and videos for all SupremeServ products & Services.
Office branding for all plants as well as dealer in shop branding projects and execute outdoor media campaigns like wall painting, hoardings, shop boards, wall wraps etc.
Create Internal newsletter for SupremeServ Marketing.
Central point of contact for all the C4C, FSM, C4S, Supreme Tracker requirements arising out of KSB’s West Asia Region.
Impart trainings for Sales Executives on use of C4C ( CRM software), FSM, C4S, Supreme Tracker and the ways to maintain the customer databases.
Prepare reports and presentation as desired by SupremeServ Head
Handle the social media platforms effectively .
