About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team as Associate, Web Applications Support - Unilingual. In this role, you will provide web support for external and internal applications, ensuring users receive timely and effective assistance. You will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and manage access permissions across multiple systems. The expected result is delivering a superior client experience through efficient, accurate, and responsive support.

What You’ll Do

Providing web support for Element’s external and internal web applications including fielding tickets, phone calls and emails related to login assistance, navigation and troubleshooting

Provisioning including creation, modification and removal of web application permissions

New and existing functionality testing

Deliver a superior client experience by handling customer inquiries efficiently, effectively, and accurately

Prioritize web support calls and assign them to appropriate IT staff

Handle customer technical support questions across multiple applications

Maintain strong follow-up and organizational practices

Communicate professionally in person, on the telephone and via email

Build and maintain customer trust and confidence in team knowledge and support

Basic Qualifications

Held a technical support role or equivalent customer service experience

Ability to handle customer technical support questions

Strong follow-up and organizational skills

Professional communication skills in person, phone, and email

Good judgment and analytical ability for prioritization and issue handling

Preferred Qualifications

Education: College/University degree preferred

Excellent skills in dealing with unstructured problems that affect efficiency and effectiveness for web users

Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence

Strong problem-solving skills across technical environments

Experience supporting multiple web-based applications

Location

Current Location: Canada Remote

The hiring base salary range for this position is $51,800 - $71,200 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
