NAB has established NAB Innovation Centre India as a centre for operations and technology excellence to support NAB deliver faster, better, and more personalized experience to customers and colleagues.

Essential capabilities :

• Hands-on coding and should be able to help team on technical queries.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills with the ability to deal with stakeholders (engineers, users and product owners)
• Setting standards / approaches for Engineering teams to follow, together with a ‘hands on’ approach when required.
• Triage new demand and ensures enough technology guidance exists at high level to initiate work and lead design activities.
• Ensure that technical designs meet functional, resilience, throughput, security, reuse and simplicity needs.
• Strong focus on CI/CD Strong commitment to quality and auditability
• Contribute to all stages of software development lifecycle
• Analyse user requirements to define business objectives
• Envisioning system features and functionality

Must Have

• Solid experience in JavaScript ES6/TypeScript working with ReactJS/Redux (8-13 YRS)and nice to have React Native experience or NodeJS experience
• Solid experience in all areas of web development (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Foundation, JQuery, JSON) including accessibility and security concerns
• Solid experience in modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g. Git, Webpack, Gulp, NPM)
• Experience in using front-end testing and test runners (eg. RTL/Enzyme/Mocha/Chai/Jest).
• Good experience in Agile (Scrum model) development environments
• Well-versed in writing structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code
• Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skill

Should Have

• Experience in Cloud computing such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platforms (GCP), or Azure Microsoft
• Experience in setting up, using, or configuring CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g. Git, Ansible, Jenkins, Gulp, NPM, Gradle,..)
• Understanding of RESTful APIs design (GraphQL desirable) and Microservices-based systems
