A Brief Summary of This Position:

The Associate Total Rewards Analyst supports day-to-day compensation and benefits processes by gathering and analyzing data, assisting with program administration, and preparing materials and communications. This role helps maintain pay structures, participates in job evaluation and survey submissions, supports annual compensation cycle activities, and assists with basic market and pay equity analyses. The role also supports benefits activities such as annual enrollment, compliance support, vendor coordination, and employee communications. This position helps develop tools, reports, and resources that enable consistent total rewards practices and compliance.

Essential Functions:

  • Supports pay transparency activities by collecting requirements, coordinating inputs with HR partners, and tracking progress to help meet country and local compliance needs.
  • Assists with the maintenance of compensation structures, policies, and processes, including base pay ranges, incentive administration support, and annual salary review activities.
  • Responds to basic questions related to benefits and total rewards by providing information, escalating complex cases, and documenting common questions and resolutions.
  • Supports benefits vendor coordination.
  • Assists with benefits reporting and compliance support by gathering information and maintaining organized records.
  • Supports pay-for-performance activities by coordinating timelines, preparing files, and assisting with stakeholder communications.
  • Participates in job evaluations using established processes and assists with updating and maintaining job descriptions in partnership with HR.
  • Assists with monitoring compensation-related regulatory requirements and helps document and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assists with program reviews by gathering data, summarizing findings, and documenting recommended updates for review.
  • Supports internal pay equity and external market competitiveness reviews by compiling data, preparing basic analyses, and summarizing insights for the Total Rewards team.
  • Assists with compensation survey participation by preparing job matches, submitting data, and organizing survey outputs to support competitive job pricing.
  • Collaborates to review job descriptions and support range placement, grade recommendations, and internal equity considerations under guidance.
  • Works with compensation and HR data to build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics; helps validate data integrity and resolve basic discrepancies.
  • Helps maintain compensation-related data and processes within the HRIS by assisting with audits, documentation, and routine updates.
  • Develops tools, resources, and educational materials to support with compensation and benefits philosophy and practices.
  • This position reports directly to the Director of Total Rewards.

Required Qualifications of Every Candidate (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree or Associates Degree with 1+ years or 3 + years experience
  • Some experience supporting compensation and/or benefits processes (e.g., job data, pay ranges, basic analysis, or program administration).
  • Working knowledge of job descriptions, job evaluation concepts, and compensation survey processes is a plus.
  • Track record for being detail-oriented, accountable, self-motivated to follow through on projects with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables (or willingness to learn).
  • Experience with an enterprise Human Capital Management system (e.g., Workday) is preferred.

Highly Qualified Candidates Will Also Possess These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business
  • Compensation certification coursework or interest in pursuing certification (e.g., CCP) is a plus.
  • CCP and/or PHR certification (or progress toward certification) is a plus.
  • Exposure to global compensation concepts is a plus.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or multi-site environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with reporting/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx) is a plus.
  • Bilingual
