As an Audit specialist in Competency Centre, you'll work as part of an engagement team communicating and collaborating directly and virtually with front line delivery engagement teams to the extent necessary to ensure there is a clear and common understanding of work being performed and clients to enable timely and effective delivery of audit work. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about accounting, finance, and supporting clients in achieving compliance and operational excellence. 

What you will be doing 

As a Specialist, your responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Perform audit procedures for specific financial accounts as designed by core audit teams for a range of clients 

  • Gather relevant data and evidence to identify trends, misstatements and deficiencies in internal control 

  • Conduct standardized testing and prepare audit documentation to support audit findings  

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, accounting and auditing standards 

  • Demonstrate professionalism in the client's communications 

  • Interact and work collaboratively by communicating and delivering results and findings of the work performed to the core audit teams. 

What you will bring along 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 

  • Ability to plan, prioritize and handle multiple tasks 

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills 

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mongolian 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Relevant internship or work experience is an asset
